Four mini-trailers illustrate the peculiarities of the new VR edition

Shortly before the release of the VR implementation of Resident Evil 4 (from 19,64€ at buy) for the Oculus Quest 2, publisher Facebook directs the focus on the special features of the medium. Four mini-trailers are intended to illustrate some effects that newcomers to virtual reality should be familiar with.

In one video, the player desperately pounds the reload button, although he actually has to insert the shotgun cartridge into the shotgun by moving his own hand. Other trailers use various phobia terms to allude to how much larger or more threatening monsters and crowds appear under the headset.

The VR remake of Resident Evil 4 VR, developed by Armature Studio, Capcom and Oculus Studios, will be released for Oculus Quest 2 next Thursday, October 21, 2021. Quest 1 is not supported.
