Halo Infinite Leads Steam Sales This Week; Destiny 2 also on the podium
Halo Infinite debuted in #1 in sales weekly of Steam with the single player campaign, quite predictably due to the success of free-to-play multiplayer. Perhaps less predictable is the fact that Destiny 2 took second place from the podium.
It’s an interesting “duel” of the Bungie e 343 Industries here. Received with pretty high marks, Halo Infinite has definitely kept its promises, delivering a solid and full-bodied experience, but at the same time strongly characterized by the atmosphere typical of the Microsoft series.
As for Destiny 2, Bungie’s title authored a major comeback in conjunction with the release of The Queen of Whispers expansion, shown with a trailer at The Game Awards 2021, and the 30th anniversary edition.

We also have a sales improvement in Cyberpunk 2077 that looks like after a year of fixes and enhancements it’s getting more noticed again, plus it’s on sale at the Valve store.
Honestly, it’s a pretty obvious result of Halo Infinite’s lead here, and we really recommend the game for you guys to enjoy. Remembering that access is free for subscribers of Xbox Game Pass.
