New update brings weekly missions and more to the shooter


Publisher Electronic Arts and the DICE team have announced that the next update for Battlefield 2042 (from 53,99 at buy) is published. This is the biggest patch to date that the shooter will receive since its launch a few weeks ago. In addition to numerous bug fixes, players can also look forward to new content. Among other things, weekly missions will be available for the first time after the update. A total of three tasks have to be completed per week in order to unlock a unique item. The developers also distribute bonus experience points for completing the individual missions.

In addition, the Battlefield Portal will be expanded with the update. Here, among other things, new layouts for the Rush game mode are added to all All-Out Warfare maps. The builder also receives additional templates. With “Vehicle Team Deathmatch”, DICE continues to bring a new game mode to the Battlefield Portal in which players can only fight each other with vehicles. Battlefield 2042 is available now for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and PC.
