Official: Uncharted 4 and “The Lost Legacy” abandon Playstation exclusivity

During PlayStation Showcase 2021, Sony has been bringing some big news to the PC audience. One of the highlights of the event was certainly the confirmation that Uncharted is actually going to the PC after months of rumors and speculation. The Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves collection has been officially announced as a remastered pairing of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, and is going to PS5 and PC on early 2022.

Naughty Dog and PlayStation are bringing the game to Steam and the Epic Games Store with the help of Iron Galaxy, giving players the choice of where to purchase the new Uncharted collection. It’s not clear exactly how significant the remastering of the collection will be, but the first appearances in the trailer look pretty good. There is still no exact release date para Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection.

Iron Galaxy is a notable force in the industry when it comes to porting console games to PC platforms, and has helped ports like Skyrim, Destiny and more in the past. Hopefully, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection will represent another quality PlayStation port and provide PC gamers with the features and settings they’ve come to expect, while offering the experience that Uncharted previously provided only to PlayStation gamers.

If Naughty Dog and Iron Galaxy manage to bring an attractive version to the PC with Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, we could have another of the best PC games in our hands. This is the latest in a growing series of PlayStation ports, including Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition and Days Gone.
