Project Missouri: Next week, Jeff Grub will report on the Obsidian mystery game

Jeff Grubb has promised that next week he will give information about the Project Missouri during his podcast, GrubbSnax. For those who don’t know, it’s a mysterious project being created by the glorious Obsidian Entertainment, driven by the big Josh Sawyer, designer of titles like Icewind Dale 1 and 2, Neverwinter Nights 2 , Fallout: New Vegas and Pillars of Eternity I & II. How not to wait for the new game from the one behind some of the best RPGs of all time?

Virtually nothing is known about Project Missouri, except that it was supposed to be an RPG with a historical background with fantasy variations, like Darklands Where Ars Magica, as explained by Sawyer himself. Meanwhile, Obsidian is working on at least three other games, all known: The Outer Worlds 2, Avowed and Grounded, the latter recently updated with a mega patch that introduced a lot of new content.

Jeff Grubb is a reporter known for reporting rumors about various Xbox Game Studios games, many of them unannounced. In particular, he recently revealed Pax Dei, Shaolin and Belfry, titles of which he provided very specific details.
