Fans of the Harry Potter universe will probably have to wait longer for the release of Hogwarts Legacy. According to current rumors, the role-playing game has been postponed to 2023. At least that’s what Colin Moriarty claims in the current edition of his podcast, which the VGC colleagues analyzed. Accordingly, the title should not only miss the planned release, but is also said to be in some trouble. What exactly is meant by this, however, was not mentioned. Those responsible at Warner Bros. Games have not yet commented on the subject.
Incidentally, this would not be the first shift of Hogwarts Legacy. The game was postponed from 2021 to 2022 a year ago. The developers at Avalanche Software presented a first trailer for the role-playing game in 2020. The story will take place well before the events of the Harry Potter books or films. Hogwarts Legacy will be released for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.
