Soon also announced in Xbox Game Pass for PC & “The Wild” update for 2022

Even if the second part of the Caves and Cliffs update is not yet available for Minecraft (from 18,98€ at buy), Mojang has announced the next big update “The Wild” for Minecraft Live. It should be released sometime in 2022.

The update is intended to improve the game world on the surface and, among other things, to extensively revise the birch forest biome. In addition, the mangrove swamp will be installed as a new biome including a mud block, boat with box, frogs and tadpoles. The “Deep Dark Biome”, which is actually planned for Caves and Cliffs, should only be available in the course of “The Wild”. In this area you will find a lost civilization with abandoned cities underground. There you will also meet the eyeless “Warden” as a new opponent who orientates himself on sounds and smells. Overall, the update “The Wild” should be smaller than “Caves and Cliffs”. The latter was split in two because of its size.

Additionally, it has been confirmed that both the Java Edition and Bedrock Edition of Minecraft will be included in Xbox Game Pass for PC starting November 2, 2021.
