Start of Season 2 postponed; developer update
Actually, the starting shot for Season 2 of Call of Duty: Vanguard (from 59,99€ at buy) and Call of Duty Warzone on February 1, 2022. But the fans will have to wait a little longer for better or worse. The developers have announced a shift both via Twitter and as part of a detailed status update.
According to this, Season 2 will not start until February 14, 2022. The team wants to use the additional time to make further changes and, above all, optimizations to the game experience of Call of Duty: Vanguard and Call of Duty Warzone. In addition, the team should take care of some bugs in the next few days, which are currently getting on the nerves of shooter fans. The tweet says: “We have delayed the start of Season 2 on Warzone and Vanguard to February 14, 2022. We will use the additional development time to improve the game’s stability and fix some bugs. We want a good level of polishing for Reach out to players and release updates that optimize both gameplay and balance.”
