Capcom has announced that the PC version of Monster Hunter Rise (from 29,99€ at buy) on January 12, 2022, no content will be withheld. Instead, all post-launch content that has appeared for Nintendo Switch in the past few months will also be available directly for PC release. These are not only new monsters and story quests, but also the many outfits and equipment from the various collaborations with other video game brands.
In detail it says on Steam: “At the time Monster Hunter Rise is released on Steam, the game will contain all content up to and including version 3.6.1 of the Nintendo Switch version. A synchronization of the content with the Nintendo Switch version is planned for the end of February 2022. “
Among other things, players can thus directly compete against new monsters such as Teostra, Chameleos, Kushala Daora, Crimson Glow Valstrax, Apex Diablos, Apex Rathalos and Apex Zinogre. The collaborations mentioned include Street Fighter, Sonic the Hedgehog, Okami, Monster Hunter Stories 2, Mega Man 11 and Ghost ‘n Goblins Resurrection. According to Capcom, there will be no cross-play and cross-save with the switch version.
