Ultra Deluxe Edition postponed again, new humorous trailer makes fun of developer lies

It’s been a while since developer Crows Crows Crows announced The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe, an expanded version of the game from 2013. The release was originally planned for 2019, but then had to be postponed again and again. Now the makers have given another update regarding the release. The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe will now appear in spring 2022. Apparently nothing should change about that. For the new date, the developers shared a humorous video in which they poke fun at developers in general and in front of themselves in particular for lying to their fans with wrong dates.

Speaker Kevan Brighting, whom we also get to hear in the trailer, will also return as the narrator in The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe. In the new version, all content from the original is retained – however, the labyrinth has been expanded to include additional decisions, many new secrets and more. The graphics have also been upgraded, but retain the core of The Stanley Parable. According to the developer, the game will be available for PC and consoles. Exact details about the platforms have not yet been given.
